I like juice, healthy, fresh and make early satiety. And now, drinking
juice mornings lately become my habit after exercise or jogging. Tomato juice mixed with honey and lemon is an additional favorite,
make it rich with content of Vitamin C and not too sweet taste because
sugar is replaced with honey, especially lemon gives a fresh sensation.
How do i make it? Fresh tomato juice for two cups of prepared
medium-size. The first cut into small pieces two tomatoes and add with 2
teaspoons of honey, then add a quarter of a medium sized lemon.
why I chose tomatoes? This fruit is often used in salads and is known
to contain many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that nourish. But
not only that, it also has the benefit of tomato stunning beauty.
